Sesh - Online Group Support
We often think of MS in terms of its common physical symptoms, such as extreme fatigue or lack of coordination, but MS can also significantly impact mental health and emotional well-being.
Our new partnership with Sesh, a therapist-led, community-driven mental health platform offers you over 200+ monthly virtual support group sessions on topics like anxiety, depression, and grief — all led by a licensed therapist. Sesh virtual support groups will be a place to discuss an issue, life event or topic in a safe, confidential space.
To join Sesh, fill out this form and we will send you a link to the Sesh platform.
