Saturday Bike Storage Volunteer

BIKE - ATL - Windsor

We are seeking volunteers to join our team to support our bike storage at Acadia University, for the MS Bike - Windsor, taking place Saturday August 8 at the West Hants Sportsplex. This role is responsible for storing participant bikes as efficiently as possible for riders after their first day is complete.   

MS Bike is an energizing challenge you can feel good about. Going the distance makes a difference and every kilometre ridden brings us closer to a world free of multiple sclerosis. By volunteering, you'll play a crucial role in making this event a success while having fun, meeting new people, and supporting people affected by MS.   

Volunteer Responsibilities: 

  • Check cyclist's wristband with the number that corresponds with the number on their bike and retrieve their bike in storage

Support & Resources: 

  • Orientation with event overview and specific volunteer role information 
  • Ongoing connection to the Volunteer team, with training and support on an as-needed basis leading up to event day 

Volunteers under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult (18+).
