Accessibility

Our website offers you high-quality multiple sclerosis (MS) information and incredible opportunities to connect with other Canadians affected by MS. These tools will help you enjoy our website experience fully.

Accessibility Tools

Many accessibility tools are already part of your website browser while others may need to be added as an extension to your browser. Select the browser you are using for tools that improve your experience.

Screen reader

These tools read out the content of a website out loud to you, allowing visually impaired users to better experience our website.

Text magnification

These tools increase the size of text on a website, making it easier for those with low vision to read.

Colour enhancer

We selected colours for MS Canada that are accessible while capturing the vibrancy of the MS community. These tools adjust the colour on a website, like removing colours, in case some of our colours are difficult for you.

Keyboard navigation

These tools allow you to navigate a website with a keyboard, helping users who may have difficulty using a mouse.

Our Commitment to Accessibility

We’re building a website that everyone, regardless of their abilities, can use with ease and without encountering barriers. To achieve this, we use a variety of measures designed to meet and exceed the standards set by the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2 Level AA.

Don’t see an accessibility tool that meets your needs, or know of one that would benefit others in the MS community? Send us your feedback:
