MS Support Group Facilitator, Grand Prairie (AB)

We are seeking a dedicated Peer Support Group Facilitator to lead our Grande Prairie MS Support Group for individuals diagnosed with and/or affected by multiple sclerosis (MS) in Grande Prairie and surrounding areas. Meetings are held in-person on the second Wednesday of the month: 7pm to 9pm. Peer Support Groups bring together people living with MS, and family, friends, and caregivers affected by MS, to share common concerns and experiences in an informal and safe environment.
