Bike - AB - Airdrie to Olds

We are seeking individuals to join our team to capture photos for our MS Bike - Airdrie to Olds, taking place on June 27th and 28th between TransCanada Turbines in Airdrie and Olds Regional Exhibition Centre in Olds. Join us at the start line, along the route and at the finish Line to capture the community feel & energy of the event and true emotion of the participant’s journey!
MS Bike is an energizing challenge you can feel good about. Going the distance makes a difference and every kilometer ridden brings us closer to a world free of multiple sclerosis. By volunteering, you'll play a crucial role in making this event a success while having fun, meeting new people, and supporting people affected by MS.
Volunteer Responsibilities:
· As part of a photography group - take photographs of teams, start/finish line, volunteers, and captivating photos throughout the event
· You will be provided with a photography shot list
· Submit photos to event coordinator post event
Additional Role Requirement:
· Signed 2025 Photography Release Waiver

Support & Resources:
· Orientation with event overview and specific volunteer role information
· Ongoing connection to the Volunteer team, with training and support on an as-needed bases leading up to event day
Weekend Shift Commitment (Saturday, June 21st and Sunday, June 22nd)
- Ideally, we would like to have a commitment for this role for both days if possible, but not required
- Accommodations will be provided at Olds College if needed
Volunteers under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult (18+).
