MS Walk
MS Walk is a community-driven event for people living with or affected by MS, as well as those who want to help create a world free of MS. The MS Society of Canada and the MS community come together annually across the country to build awareness for multiple sclerosis and raise funds through MS Walk.

MS Bike
MS Bike is an experience-driven event that brings the community together in exciting ways to help create a world free of MS. Cyclists of all ages and fitness levels come together across Canada to find and conquer their personal cycling challenge at MS Bike. There are 12 event locations across Canada on weekends from June to September.

MS Read-a-Thon
MS Read-a-Thon inspires kids to read as much as they can, all for an incredible cause! Children are challenged to read as much as they can from January 27th to February 28th and raise funds for people affected by MS living in your community.

Programs and Services
The MS Society of Canada has a wide range of programs and services that help people who have been recently diagnosed with MS, have been living with the disease for some time, or are close to someone affected by MS. Multiple sclerosis is a complex disease, and in communities across Canada, our knowledgeable staff and volunteers are there for people living with MS and their loved ones. No one needs to face MS alone. Corporate support of these important initiatives is vital across the country.

Cause Marketing
Cause marketing is a partnership between a company and the MS Society that benefits both parties. Cause marketing can take many different forms, but a classic example is a company sells a product or service with part of the proceeds going towards the MS Society. Corporate Engagement
Bring employees together to be inspired, be active, challenge themselves and raise funds for those affected by MS. We can work with you to customize corporate engagement opportunities. Here are some different ways employees can get involved:
- Company teams: through the MS Society's corporate team program, engage your employees and your community by entering teams in MS Walk or MS Bike. Enhanced opportunities for corporate partners include company "lunch and learns," dedicated fundraising support, internal recognition programs, and exclusive on-site VIP perks. Get involved in MS Walk and MS Bike.
- We Challenge MS: We Challenge MS is a nationwide movement turning people’s ordinary hobbies and passions into extraordinary actions. Through the online We Challenge MS platform, create your own company event and engage your employees to participate and raise money for MS.
- The May 50k: Leave your limits behind. Get active with your workplace, challenge yourselves and compete against your colleagues or competitors. Join the May 50k and walk or run 50 kilometers throughout May, whilst raising funds for multiple sclerosis. Go here to register a workplace team.
- Volunteering: Achieving a world free of multiple sclerosis takes more than one person, and there isn’t just one way to accomplish it. Volunteers are an integral part of our team, as we work together in our communities to ensure that collectively, we do our best to work to advance impact. Our mission is to connect and empower the MS community to create positive change, and every day our volunteers take action in their community to do just that. Giving through your workplace is a great way to contribute towards a world free of multiple sclerosis. Whether it is part of a seasonal campaign or encouraged year-round, it is a great way to proudly show your workplace your commitment to ending MS.
Ways to Give Through Your Workplace
Benevity
If your workplace is on the Benevity platform, you can donate and/or volunteer through the portal by selecting MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS SOCIETY OF CANADA as your donation option. Contact your HR, CSR, or internal engagement staff at your workplace for more information.
United Way
If your workplace participates in the United Way campaign, you can select MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS SOCIETY OF CANADA as your donation option.

Federated Health Charities
Federated Health Charities Corporation is a coalition of provincially-based charities in Ontario dedicated to raising funds for its members within the Ontario Public Service that will support health education and awareness, medical research, and client and patient services.
