Guelph Fergus MS Peer Support Group

In Person

Group name: Guelph Fergus MS Peer Support Group

Meeting day: The last Thursday of each month, excluding December.

The Guelph, Fergus & Elora MS Peer Support Group is a welcoming community for people living with MS and those affected by it. Our group is built on the belief that connection, understanding, and shared experiences can make even the hardest days feel a little lighter.

This is an open forum where everyone is encouraged to participate as much or as little as they feel comfortable. There is no formal agenda, rigid structure, or expectation to share. Our focus is on empowering one another through encouragement, compassion, and understanding. We celebrate successes, support each other through setbacks, and recognize that sometimes the most meaningful thing we can offer is a listening ear. When one person is struggling, others may have the strength to lift them up. On another day, those roles may be reversed.

Whether you're newly diagnosed, have been living with MS for years, or are simply looking for people who truly understand, you'll find a supportive community ready to walk alongside you. Together, we share, we support, we laugh, and we remind each other that none of us has to face MS alone.
