Monthly: 1st & 3rd Tuesdays of the month, from 7:00pm to 9:00pm local time. Please note this group does not meet in July & August.

This group based in Halifax NS but is open to anyone in Atlantic who is living with MS. We are an informal gathering of adults discussing issues & concerns, wisdom & understandings related to MS & everyday life. While encouraging each other to share strengths, challenges, skills, insights, hopes & successes, however small.  We are a confidential Self-help Group sharing information & support, while encouraging personal power to help take charge of our own personal health & lifestyle, by exploring options & strategies to better cope with the disease.
