Celebrate Our Community's Impact in Hamilton

Please join us on Thursday November 5th, 2026, from 6:00–8:30 PM at the The Joyce Centre for Partnership & Innovation at Mohawk College for an evening of appreciation and connection.

This celebration will bring together our lived experience community, caregivers, volunteers, donors, fundraisers, sponsors, and friends to recognize the achievements we’ve made side by side. The evening will feature inspiring stories, a presentation, and networking opportunities, with light refreshments and appetizers offered.

We encourage you to bring a guest to share in the celebration. Please RSVP by October 30th.
