MS 101 - for the newly diagnosed person and their significant others

MS 101 is an important information session designed for people newly diagnosed with MS. Topics include: treatment options; coping with MS; research; and available support from the MS Society and your local chapter. Friends and family members welcome.

Presenter: Dr. Stephen McKenzie
Dr. Stephen McKenzie is a Fellow (with Honours) of the Royal College of Physicians in Neurology (1982). He graduated from Medicine at the University of Ottawa (1973-1977), completed his internship and residency in Internal Medicine at Sunnybrook Medical Centre (1977-1979) and from 1979 through 1982, Dr. McKenzie was in the residency program in Neurology at the University of Toronto, while active at St. Michael’s, Wellesley, Toronto General and Toronto Western Hospitals (University Health Network). Dr. McKenzie is Senior Consultant Neurologist at the Trillium Health Centre/Credit Valley Hospital (since 1983), as well as a Lecturer at the University of Toronto’s Faculty of Medicine. He is Coordinator of the Brain and Behaviour Program at the Mississauga Academy of Medicine, a satellite campus of the University of Toronto’s Faculty of Medicine and Coordinator at Trillium Health Centre of the Art and Science of Clinical Medicine II (ASCMII).
