We are seeking individuals to join our team to support Inside Set Up for the MS Bike - Leduc to Camrose, taking place June 22 & 23 at Camrose. Assist to inside set-up process and help create a welcoming and exciting event for everyone!
MS Bike is the largest fundraising cycling series in North America. Cyclists of all ages and fitness levels across Canada come together each year to end Canada’s disease: multiple sclerosis. With hundreds of participants, volunteers are needed to help with every aspect of the entire event. This is a great opportunity to make an impact in your community using your talent and time.
Camrose Inside Site Set Up volunteer responsibilities:
- Set up event info & volunteer check in area, VIP area, beer gardens, volunteer breakroom, coffee station
- Note - River City sets up tents, picnic tables, bar tables & chairs - vendors set you their own tents, MS staff set up signage
*Please be aware that the Event Set Up involves tasks that require volunteers to lift and carry objects weighing up to 25lbs.
