We are seeking individuals to join our team to support participant Check-in for the MS Bike - WINDSOR, taking place AUGUST 10-11 AT WEST HANTS SPORTSPLEX. Assist throughout the participant check in process and help create a welcoming and exciting event for riders!
MS Bike is the largest fundraising cycling series in North America. Cyclists of all ages and fitness levels across Canada come together each year to end Canada’s disease: multiple sclerosis. With hundreds of participants, volunteers are needed to help with every aspect of the entire event. This is a great opportunity to make an impact in your community using your talent and time.
Volunteer responsibilities:
- Greet participants and welcome them to the Bike, be upbeat and excited!
- Provide information and direction on the day's events and where to find the luggage drop off
- If a participant has not registered or would like to donate, they can do so at the event location
Volunteers under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult (18+).
