We are seeking individuals to assist our team with Participant Package Pick-Up on Monday July 22nd at Anderson Craft Ales prior to the event. MS Bike Ride Participants are able to submit their donations and pick up their Rider Information Packages & gear prior to the event. Work together with a small group of volunteers and staff to provide packages for the upcoming MS Bike - Grand Bend to London, taking place July 27th and 28th between the Grand Bend Motorplex and Western University.
MS Bike is the largest fundraising cycling series in North America. Cyclists of all ages and fitness levels across Canada come together each year to end Canada’s disease: multiple sclerosis. With hundreds of participants, volunteers are needed to help with every aspect of the entire event. This is a great opportunity to make an impact in your community using your talent and time.
Volunteer responsibilities:
· Check registration status for pick up
· Accept donations from participants
· Prepare packages for pick up
· Keep track of Incentives
Volunteers under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult (18+).
