Bike - ONT - Grand Bend to London

We are seeking individuals to join our team to support our Information and way finders’ team for the MS Bike - Grand Bend to London, taking place July 27th and 28th between the Grand Bend Motorplex and Western University. Our information and way finders team will be responsible for greeting and directing participants to their dorm room accommodations and other directions as needed.
MS Bike is the largest fundraising cycling series in North America. Cyclists of all ages and fitness levels across Canada come together each year to end Canada’s disease: multiple sclerosis. With hundreds of participants, volunteers are needed to help with every aspect of the entire event. This is a great opportunity to make an impact in your community using your talent and time.
Volunteer responsibilities:
· Support staff in handing out accommodation packages
· Support participants finding their accommodation (walking with them to their designated dormitory)
Volunteers under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult (18+).
