We are seeking individuals to join our team to support by serving drinks at the Beer Gardens for the MS Bike - Waskesiu, taking place September 14th, 2024. Provide bartending services to participants and guest in designated alcoholic areas (beer gardens)
MS Bike is the largest fundraising cycling series in North America. Cyclists of all ages and fitness levels across Canada come together each year to end Canada’s disease: multiple sclerosis. With hundreds of participants, volunteers are needed to help with every aspect of the entire event. This is a great opportunity to make an impact in your community using your talent and time.
Volunteer responsibilities:
- Set-up and clean-up
- Serve alcoholic and other beverages
- Monitor the cleanliness of the area
- Restock supplies
- Ensure all attendees are behaving responsibly. If not, speak with MS Staff about concern.
*This role requires provincial Special Occasion Permit via Serve it Right Saskatchewan. Volunteers can obtain this online and cost will be reimbursed. If you do not have this certification however are interested in this role please reach out to Jenna at Jenna.Carroll@mscanada.ca.
