Participant Check-in Lead

We are seeking a reliable and proactive individual to join our volunteer team as a Participant Check-In Lead for our upcoming London MS Walk, taking place Sunday May 26th 2024 at Springbank Park. The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee the participant check-in area, ensuring a smooth and efficient registration process for all event attendees. As a Participant Check-In Lead, you will play a vital role in supporting our participant check-in volunteers, managing the check-in process, and providing excellent customer service to event participants.
Training for check-in duties is required prior to the event day.
The MS Walk is a community-driven event for people living with or affected by MS as well as those who want to support our vision of creating a world free of MS. Tens of thousands of Canadians come together in their communities every May to participate, fundraise and volunteer in MS Walk to help find the cause and cure for this disease. These events would not be possible without the support of hundreds of dedicated volunteers given their time.
