Event Wrap Up Crew

We are seeking diligent and proactive individuals to join our event wrap up crew for the 2025 Regina MS Walk scheduled to take place on Sunday, May 25th at Northshore Park at 11:00am. As a member of the event wrap up crew, you will play a crucial role in wrapping up the event venue by loading supplies into trucks, taking down equipment including tents and tables, and ensuring that the venue is left in good condition.
MS Walk is a one-day event happening in over 50 in-person locations across Canada, where people living with and/or affected by multiple sclerosis come together. Whether you live with MS or know someone who does, MS Walk is the best place to forge meaningful connections and build lifelong relationships, bringing us closer to a world free of MS.
Volunteer Responsibilities:
- Help take down tents, tables, chairs, banners & signs
- Load supplies and equipment into trucks
- Clean up event site post event

- Orientation with event overview and specific volunteer role information
- Ongoing connection to the Volunteer team, with training and support on an as-needed basis leading up to event day
Please be aware that the event wrap up crew involves tasks that may require volunteers to lift and carry objects weighing up to 25lbs. Volunteers under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult (18+).
