Sunday Event Day Volunteer
BIKE - ATL - Windsor

We are seeking volunteers to join our team for general event support for the MS Bike - Windsor, taking place Sunday August 9 atthe West Hants Sportsplex. This role will provide onsite support throughout the day.
MS Bike is an energizing challenge you can feel good about. Going the distance makes a difference and every kilometre ridden brings us closer to a world free of multiple sclerosis. By volunteering, you'll play a crucial role in making this event a success while having fun, meeting new people, and supporting people affected by MS.
Volunteer Responsibilities could include:
- Unloading supplies and equipment
- Setting up tents and tables
- Preparing the Start line
- Prepping the grab and go breakfasts before the rides
- Supporting with the BBQ lunch
- Entertaining the children in attendance
- Ensuring all garbage has been tidied up
- Joining the cheer squad to keep up the energy and create a fun atmosphere for participants

Support & Resources:
- Orientation with event overview and specific volunteer role information
- Ongoing connection to the Volunteer team, with training and support on an as-needed basis leading up to event day

Volunteers under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult (18+).
