Sunday Event Wrap Up

We are seeking volunteers to join our team to support event wrap up crew for the MS Bike - Windsor, taking place August 9 at West Hants Sportsplex. Volunteers will assist throughout the event wrap up process and help to ensure that items and structures are cleaned up.
MS Bike is an energizing challenge you can feel good about. Going the distance makes a difference and every kilometre ridden brings us closer to a world free of multiple sclerosis. By volunteering, you'll play a crucial role in making this event a success while having fun, meeting new people, and supporting people affected by MS.
Volunteer Responsibilities:
- Take down tents and tables and other structures
- Locate and remove signage around the event site(s) as instructed
- Load supplies into vehicles

- Orientation with event overview and specific volunteer role information
- Ongoing connection to the Volunteer team, with training and support on an as-needed basis leading up to event day
*Please be aware that the event wrap up crew involves tasks that require volunteers to lift and carry objects weighing up to 25lbs. Volunteers under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult (18+).
