Event Wrap Up Crew

We are seeking diligent and proactive individuals to join our event wrap up crew for the 2026 Edmonton Jayman BUILT MS Walk scheduled to take place on Sunday, May 31st at Rundle Park. As a member of the event wrap up crew, you will play a crucial role in wrapping up the event venue by loading supplies into trucks, taking down equipment including tents and tables, and ensuring that the venue is left in good condition. 

MS Walk is a one-day event happening in over 50 in-person locations in Canada where people living with and/or affected by multiple sclerosis come together. Whether you live with MS or know someone who does, MS Walk is the best place to forge meaningful connections and build lifelong relationships that bring us closer toward a world free of MS.

Volunteer Responsibilities: 

  • Help take down tents, tables, chairs, banners & signs 
  • Load supplies and equipment into trucks 
  • Clean up event site post event

Support & Resources: 

  • Orientation with event overview and specific volunteer role information 
  • Ongoing connection to the Volunteer team, with training and support on an as-needed basis leading up to event day 

Please be aware that the Wrap Up Crew involves tasks that may require volunteers to lift and carry objects weighing up to 25lbs. If you have any questions about the physical requirements of the role or would like to discuss alternative volunteer opportunities, please don't hesitate to reach out. 

Volunteers under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult (18+).
