Participant Check-In Runner

We are seeking friendly and organized individuals to join our Participant Check-In Runner to handle participant incentives for our upcoming2026 Vancouver MS Walk scheduled to take place on Sunday, May 31st at Rocky Point Park, Port Moody (2800 Murray St, Port Moody, BC). The primary responsibility of this role is to work closely with the participant check-in team to ensure all participants receive their correct incentives as earned by their fundraising efforts.   

MS Walk is a one-day event happening in over 50 in-person locations in Canada where people living with and/or affected by multiple sclerosis come together. Whether you live with MS or know someone who does, MS Walk is the best place to forge meaningful connections and build lifelong relationships that bring us closer toward a world free of MS. 

Volunteer Responsibilities:  

  • Work with participant check-in team to provide incentives to participants as they check in 
  • Thank participants for attending and supporting the MS Walk

Support & Resources: 

  • Orientation with event overview and specific volunteer role information 
  • Ongoing connection to the Volunteer team, with training and support on an as-needed basis leading up to event day 

Volunteers under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult (18+).
