Food and Beverage Lead

We are seeking a reliable and proactive individual to join our volunteer team as the Food and Beverage Lead for the upcoming 2026 Victoria MS Walk scheduled to take place on Sunday, May 31st at Cadboro-Gyro Park. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the food and beverage area, ensuring a seamless and efficient process for distributing food to all event attendees. As the Food and Beverage Lead, you will play a crucial role in supporting our food and beverage volunteers, managing the food station, and providing exceptional customer service to event participants.
MS Walk is a one-day event happening in over 50 in-person locations in Canada where people living with and/or affected by multiple sclerosis come together. Whether you live with MS or know someone who does, MS Walk is the best place to forge meaningful connections and build lifelong relationships that bring us closer toward a world free of MS.
Volunteer Responsibilities:
- Oversee the food & beverage area - provide guidance and support for food & beverage volunteers
- First point of contact for food & beverage vendors
- Support vendor needs as required
- Troubleshoot any unforeseen situations that arise

*There may be additional food safety training required for this role.
Volunteers under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult (18+).
