Route Set Up Crew

We are seeking hardworking and self-motivated individuals to join our route set up crew for the 2026 Toronto MS Walk scheduled to take place onSunday, May 31st, The Village at Black Creek, 1000 Murray Ross Parkway, Toronto, ON M3J 2P3. As a member of the route set up crew, you will play a crucial role ensuring route signage is placed in appropriate places to help direct participants to stay on route. 

MS Walk is a one-day event happening in over 50 in-person locations in Canada where people living with and/or affected by multiple sclerosis come together. Whether you live with MS or know someone who does, MS Walk is the best place to forge meaningful connections and build lifelong relationships that bring us closer toward a world free of MS. 

Volunteer Responsibilities: 

  • Help set up route signage on route 

Skills: 

  • Event Setup/Logistics Experience 
  • Organization 
  • Attention to Detail 
  • Hands-on/Physical tasks 

Good for:  

  • Adults 
  • Youth 
  • Post-Secondary Students 
  • Groups 
  • Families 

Support & Resources: 

  • Orientation with event overview and specific volunteer role information 
  • Ongoing connection to the Volunteer team, with training and support on an as-needed basis leading up to event day 

Volunteers under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult (18+)
